Why does pain keep happening after an injury?

Pain can continue when an injury affects joints, muscles, nerves, or movement patterns. An assessment helps identify the source and guides treatment. Ongoing symptoms after a collision, work injury, or sports injury deserve clinical review, especially when pain limits sleep, work, or daily movement. Individual response differs, so care is adjusted around the patient’s findings and goals.

Review movement and symptoms

Our team examines the condition and considers the body area, pain pattern, and functional limits.

3

Discuss suitable treatments

The consultation may cover nerve blocks, medication plans, physical therapy, regenerative injections, or chiropractic methods.

Follow-up care reviews the patient’s response and helps guide the next treatment decision.

What Patients Get From This Treatment Approach

Assessment before treatment choices

The first step is a health history and exam, so treatment choices relate to the patient’s symptoms and movement limits. The first sentence of care is not a treatment promise.

Personalized treatment plans

Our licensed chiropractic care team builds treatment around the patient’s condition, goals, and response. Plans may include spinal adjustments, corrective exercises, therapeutic modalities, or rehabilitation.

A clear limit on fit

Pain care is not the right service for every symptom. Severe or changing symptoms may require medical evaluation beyond chiropractic treatment, and our team can explain the next step during assessment.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly. The office is clean and laid back. Not much of a wait. The doctor walks you through every step and tells you what he’s going to do and has answers any questions I’ve had to the best of his knowledge. Normally I am afraid to go to doctors and be in offices but this place has been a different experience. I would recommend anyone to come here. The front desk ladies are helpful and friendly

Questions Patients Ask About Pain Care

What treatments can a pain management physician recommend?

Nerve blocks can provide targeted treatment when the pain pattern supports them. Other options may include medication plans, physical therapy, regenerative injections, spinal adjustments, corrective exercises, or therapeutic modalities. Advanced Injury Care Clinic reviews the patient’s condition first, then explains which options fit the symptoms, health history, and recovery goals.

How does a visit move from the first call to the last step?

The visit moves from intake to assessment, treatment planning, care, and progress review. Patients share their health history and symptoms first. Our team then examines movement, discusses suitable options, and sets the next step. Follow-up checks help guide changes when the patient’s response or daily function changes.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

A symptom history, injury details, current medication list, and relevant medical records help our team assess the condition. Patients should also note which movements worsen pain and what care they have tried. These details support a more useful discussion about treatment options and rehabilitation.

How can I tell whether this care fits my pain?

This care may fit pain linked to injuries, joints, muscles, nerves, or restricted movement. The exam helps determine whether chiropractic treatment or another option matches the condition. Patients with severe, changing, or unexplained symptoms should discuss them promptly during the assessment so the next step is clear.

Which part of my condition decides the treatment plan?

The pain source, affected body area, symptom pattern, health history, and movement limits guide treatment choices. A back injury may call for different care from headaches or soft-tissue pain. Our team reviews these details before discussing adjustments, exercises, medication plans, injections, or other treatment options.

Why might pain continue after an auto accident?

Pain may continue when whiplash, joint strain, muscle injury, or altered movement affects recovery. An assessment looks at symptoms and function after the collision. Patients should describe when pain began, where it travels, and which daily tasks remain difficult, so treatment planning addresses the full pattern.
