About

How chiropractic visits address injury and pain

Our medical clinic evaluates people recovering from auto accidents, workplace injuries, sports injuries, and everyday pain. We look at your symptoms, health history, movement, and functional goals before recommending care. Treatment may include diversified adjustments, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercises, therapeutic modalities, or spinal decompression. The right combination depends on the condition being treated and how your body responds. A progress re-examination helps us review changes and adjust the plan. Regular maintenance may also support movement after the main injury concerns settle, but each patient’s needs are different.

Process

What happens during a chiropractic care plan

1

Health history and exam

We discuss the injury, symptoms, daily limits, and health history, then examine movement and affected areas.

2

Report of findings

We explain what the assessment shows in plain language and discuss which care options fit your condition.

3

Personalized treatment plan

The plan may include spinal adjustments, corrective exercises, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic modalities, or spinal decompression.

4

Progress re-examination

We review your response to care and update treatment when your symptoms, movement, or goals change.

What to prepare before your first visit

A few details can help us understand your symptoms and plan the first evaluation.

  • Bring a clear account of when your pain or injury began.
  • Write down movements or activities that increase your symptoms.
  • Bring relevant health records or imaging you already have.
  • Note your main recovery goal, such as improved movement or returning to daily tasks.

Dr. Dar’Neshia Roberts and her staff provide top-tier customer service and are super personable, knowledgeable, and always willing to further educate their patients if needed. The team works quickly and efficiently without making you feel rushed, and the clinic is very clean and always smells fresh. While I’m not happy that I got hurt, I’m extremely blessed to have found AIC. This clinic is warm, welcoming, and inclusive, and I truly felt comfortable and respected as a person of color. I highly recommend their services!!!

Questions about chiropractic medical clinic visits

Who provides this chiropractic care?

Advanced Injury Care Clinic provides chiropractic care for injury recovery and musculoskeletal pain. Our licensed chiropractic care team begins with a health history and exam. We then explain the findings and discuss a personalized treatment plan. Care may include spinal adjustments, corrective exercises, therapeutic modalities, or rehabilitation based on your condition and goals.

What happens during a first visit?

A first visit includes a new patient intake, health history, physical exam, and discussion of your symptoms. We ask how the problem affects movement and daily tasks. If clinically indicated, imaging may help guide the assessment. We then explain the findings and discuss suitable treatment options before care begins.

What changes the cost of an injury care plan?

The cost depends on the assessment, treatments selected, injury needs, and number of services included. We explain available care options and provide upfront pricing before treatment begins. Insurance benefits verification, workers compensation details, personal injury liens, or self-pay questions may also affect the visit discussion. Ask our office for pricing information tied to your plan.

Can I request care after a work or auto accident?

Yes, we provide chiropractic care for auto accidents and workplace injuries. Bring any claim details, medical records, or reports you have, but don’t delay an evaluation if those documents aren’t available. We’ll review your symptoms, examine movement, and explain the care options that fit your condition.

How do spinal adjustments differ from exercises?

Spinal adjustments address joint movement, while corrective exercises build active control and strength around daily movement. Our team may use both when the assessment supports them. Exercises can also give you practical work between visits. Individual response differs, so we review progress and update the plan when needed.

Do I need a referral before scheduling?

A referral isn’t stated as a general requirement for scheduling our chiropractic care. We begin by reviewing your symptoms and health history during the first visit. Insurance or workplace injury arrangements may have their own rules, so bring those details when available. Our office can explain the scheduling information before care begins.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Bring your identification, current health information, injury details, and any records related to the problem. A short list of symptoms can help you describe changes in pain or movement. If the injury followed a collision or work event, bring related claim information when available. We’ll use the visit to assess your condition and discuss next steps.

When Customers Call Us About Medical clinic

1

Neck Pain After a Collision

Whiplash can cause neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and soft-tissue discomfort after a collision. The first visit should focus on your symptoms, movement, and health history before treatment begins. Bring any records you have, describe the accident clearly, and ask how spinal adjustments, exercises, or other care may fit your recovery.

2

Back Pain From Work Activity

Repetitive work or a single strain can affect the back, joints, and nearby muscles. Your daily duties and movement limits matter because treatment needs to fit real work demands. We’ll assess the painful area, discuss your goals, and outline suitable chiropractic care before you begin.

3

Returning To Sports After Injury

Sports injuries can leave joint discomfort or reduced movement even after the first pain eases. A safe plan considers your current function, training demands, and exercise tolerance. We’ll review the injury, use an exam to guide care, and add corrective exercises or rehabilitation when appropriate.
