Walk-in clinic care for pain in Goodlettsville

This service fits people who need a clear assessment for new discomfort, mild swelling, or limited movement. Our team considers your symptoms, health history, and movement before choosing a treatment approach.

The key decision is whether chiropractic care matches the problem. We may use spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic modalities, or corrective exercises when those options fit your condition. A walk-in visit is not the right setting for symptoms that need urgent medical or hospital care.

The Goodlettsville page serves buyers deciding what to do after a work injury or other recent pain concern. It explains how an assessment connects to treatment planning, follow-up, and possible injury rehabilitation.

  • Describe when the pain began and what activity preceded it.
  • Note swelling, reduced movement, headaches, numbness, or changes in strength.
  • Bring relevant health information and details about the injury.
  • Ask how the assessment guides treatment and follow-up.

1

Share the injury details

We ask about your symptoms, health history, work activity, and the event that led to the pain.

We check movement, tenderness, joint function, and related soft-tissue signs. X-rays may be considered if clinically indicated.

3

Review the findings

We explain what the exam shows and discuss whether chiropractic treatment fits your condition.

Follow-up care may include a progress re-examination and changes to the plan as your condition develops.

What this walk-in service is suited to address

Assessment before treatment

We examine the affected area and review your history before choosing care. This helps match spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, or exercises to the condition.

Care for several injury patterns

Our team works with neck pain, back pain, whiplash, headaches, joint discomfort, and soft-tissue injuries. Individual response differs, so treatment plans are tailored to the person.

Know when another setting fits

A walk-in chiropractic visit is not the right job for symptoms that suggest a serious medical emergency. We focus on musculoskeletal concerns and guide the next step when the condition falls outside that scope.

My fiancé & I was in an accident on 4/16/2024 and since we started treatment at the clinic the staff has been very helpful. They’re very professional, polite& efficient. Dr. Roberts always make sure that she ask us if we’re ok before and after treatment. She also makes sure that we clearly understand the process and answers any question’s or concerns that we may have. I would recommend her to anyone that needs proper treatment after an injury.

Questions about walk-in pain and injury care

When is a walk-in clinic appropriate for pain after a work injury?

Work injuries with new pain, mild swelling, or limited movement may fit a walk-in chiropractic assessment. Advanced Injury Care Clinic reviews the health history and examines the affected area first. We may recommend spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, or exercises when the findings support that care. Symptoms suggesting a serious medical problem need another level of medical attention.

Who is a good fit for walk-in chiropractic care?

People with musculoskeletal pain and movement limits are good candidates for a chiropractic assessment. Our team treats concerns such as back pain, neck pain, whiplash, joint discomfort, and soft-tissue injury. Patients with symptoms outside this scope need a different medical service. The exam helps determine which path fits.

What happens at each stage of a first visit?

A first visit includes a health history, physical exam, findings review, and treatment planning.

  1. We discuss the injury and symptoms.
  2. We check movement and affected tissues.
  3. We explain the findings.
  4. We recommend care that fits the condition.

X-rays may be considered if clinically indicated.

Which symptoms should I mention during the assessment?

New pain, swelling, limited movement, numbness, weakness, and headaches should be reported during the assessment. These details help our team understand the injury pattern and choose safe next steps. Tell us when symptoms began and what activity or event preceded them. Clear details also help shape corrective exercises and follow-up care.

Why might a walk-in visit lead to corrective exercises?

Corrective exercises address movement patterns that may keep stressing a painful area. The exam shows which movements feel limited or provoke symptoms. Our team may recommend exercises with a TheraBand or other simple movements when they fit your plan. Exercise selection depends on the condition, strength, and current tolerance.

How does soft tissue therapy differ from spinal adjustments?

Soft tissue therapy works on muscles and related tissues, while spinal adjustments address joint movement in the spine. Our team may use one method or combine both after the exam. The choice depends on the pain pattern, movement findings, and treatment goals. Results vary, so the plan can change during follow-up.

What should I bring to a chiropractic walk-in visit?

Bring health information, injury details, and any relevant records you have. A short timeline helps explain when the pain began and how it changed. Include information about the activity, collision, or work task involved. Our team uses those details with the physical exam to build a focused treatment plan.
